ALDA+ is ALDA’s Benefit Corporation, dedicated to providing tailored technical assistance, project design, and training for local authorities, civil society organisations, universities, and businesses. 2017The Establishment of ALDA+ Benefit CorporationALDA+ was created with the aim of enhancing ALDA’s twenty years of experience in project development, implementation, and management, establishing itself as an operational tool to support local and international initiatives.

2017Opening of the Office in VicenzaALDA+ opens its first office in Vicenza, located at Viale Milano 36, to strengthen its presence in the area and facilitate operational activities.

2019Opening of the Operational Unit in LipariThe first Operational Unit is established in Lipari, Sicily, expanding the reach of ALDA+.

2021Opening of the Operational Unit in LavaroneThe second Operational Unit opens in Lavarone, Trentino-Alto Adige.

2023ISO 9001 CertificationIn 2023, ALDA+ made significant strides in optimising its management system, supported by an expert consultant, and achieved ISO 9001 certification as a recognition of its commitment to adopting quality standards in corporate management.

WHAT WE DO
Founded in 2017 to capitalise on over twenty-five years of ALDA’s experience in developing, managing, and reporting on projects in the fields of local governance and civic participation, ALDA+ is now the operational arm of ALDA, offering a wide range of services, including:
- Technical assistance in Project Cycle Management (PCM): Support for the development, management, and reporting of funded projects;
- Consulting on local governance: Guidance on topics related to local government and effective administration;
- Support for participatory processes: Assistance in managing participatory initiatives within communities;
- Direct management of public services: Activities such as running help desks and digital programmess, tourism evaluation programmess, youth services, coordination of neighborhood councils, and more.
- Training courses: Focused on participatory processes, European policies and programmes, fundraising, development and management of European projects, financial reporting, and more;
- Study visits: Organised for institutions, international organisations, and civil society entities to foster learning and the exchange of best practices;
- Event organisation and technical support: For both in-person and online events, ensuring seamless execution;
- Communication support and management: For both funded and non-funded projects, ensuring effective visibility and targeted dissemination of results.

CERTIFICATIONS
ALDA+ was established as a B-Corp company, reflecting its vision of being an entity dedicated to serving the communities and stakeholders it collaborates with, while strongly committed to creating shared value. It stands out for its focus on sustainability, both externally, through fair projects and services, and internally, by promoting equitable and responsible work models.
ALDA+ SRL has obtained Quality Management System certification for the “Design and delivery of service design activities and provision of services related to the design, management, and reporting of projects funded at national and supranational levels, as well as continuous training on topics such as local governance and European project design.” This certification, issued by RINA (a CISQ federation member), highlights our constant commitment to quality and excellence in the services we provide, reaffirming our position as a reliable and qualified partner in the sector.
